Group Therapy/Events

Group therapy can be a useful process to connect with peers, share similar experiences, and gain validation for struggles we are facing.  Therapists help facilitate discussion among group members.  They may have set topics or may be free association based.  Some groups are offered weekly while others are offered monthly.  Some groups are contained to regular group members while others are drop in style. Group therapy can be conducted virtually or in-person. Currently therapists at CHRIS offer a few different support groups.
